Play It Back Lacrosse was founded on the belief that lacrosse can be more than just a game — it can change lives. For our founder, that turning point came when he was a teenager heading down a difficult path. Everything began to change when lacrosse entered his life, not just through competition, but through connection. Coaches stepped in. Mentors showed up. The sport became a structure and a source of strength that helped shape his future. Play It Back is built to pass that experience on to the next generation.

We use lacrosse as a vehicle to teach life lessons that extend far beyond the field. While our players learn the game, they’re also learning to lead, to show up with discipline, to work as a team, and to believe in themselves even when the odds are stacked against them. Every pass, every rep, and every drill is designed with a greater purpose in mind: helping young people grow into the best version of themselves.
